Now I am back . . . Whilst I was in Fes – and walking through the Medina I came accross a gentleman of about 70 years old, wearing a grey suit, white shirt, red tied and cape around his shoulders, also he waswearing a fes, he looked of Indian origin, very, very good english, spoke very well about loud, like to be noticed, he told me he was a singer, now do you know who he is, I would say that he has been there for years, and years.
Best regards . . . . Colin M.
I would love to speak with you, or correspond, about Moroccan Jewry in the Diaspora if you wish to, and to include the story of our Moroccan Jewish families who felt no choice in having to leave this country despite many years as citizens. I can be reached at anitaplus3@yahoo.ca.
Hope to see this film soon, sometime!
Best regards,
Anita Bensabat
